From determining the appropriate level of engagement for your project to establishing an evaluation plan we will walk through how an engagement toolkit can be a valuable resource for your organization. Establishing a simple framework for navigating engagement best practices can set your project managers up for success without having to be experts in engagement.

Presenter: Alex Longe, City of Gresham, OR

I bring more than thirteen-years experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting. This experience provided opportunities to wear numerous hats and adapt to ever-changing priorities and fire drills.

I am known for being highly reliable, detail oriented, team-oriented, energetic and able to complete projects on-time and on budget. I am a self-starter who strives to exceed expectations and take on new challenges. I'm a strong collaborator who works well under pressure and with different personality types.
