You are invited to participate in the Minnesota Association of Government Communicators (MAGC) Vendor Showcase at the 2019 MAGC Fall Conference on Wednesday, Oct. 23, at the Earle Brown Heritage Center, 6155 Earle Brown Drive, Brooklyn Center, MN 55430.
While the primary Vendor Showcase time is from approximately 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., vendors are invited to stay and visit with attendees throughout the entire conference, which runs from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Vendors also have the option to attend the sessions of the MAGC Fall Conference at no additional cost. Speakers will be finalized in the upcoming months.
Vendors who donate a prize valued at $50 or more will have the opportunity to address all conference attendees once during the conference (five minutes per vendor).
The fee is $200 and includes a table, linen covering, and lunch for two people. A reduced fee of $150 is available for commitments received by Sept. 1.
To confirm your participation, please submit the web form and payment below. The application is not complete unless accompanied by full payment. Please note: once your registration and payment is received, you will be sent a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, you are not on our vendor list.
Any displays may not exceed 8 feet in width or three feet in depth without prior consent.
Vendors should arrive by 7:30 a.m. to set-up.
